Monday Motivation: The Art of Letting Go
MASTERING THE ART OF LETTING GO
It is Monday, and the start of an amazing week that we have ahead of us. I challenge you to evaluate the people and things in your life that you are working to let go of, but yet you keep holding on to.
What does that person or thing bring you, that you feel you cannot find somewhere else? Is holding on bringing you more happiness, or just more pain?
At times, we ignore many signs that the universe sends us signaling to LET GO. Then we wonder why we endure so much pain, why life is continuously putting us through the SAME experiences.
It is because you have yet to learn the lesson you were supposed to years ago — all because you refuse to LET IT GO.
You cannot let go and hold on at the same time.
You MUST choose one.
This week, I am letting go of the negative energy caused by insecurities. I am letting go of those individuals in my life who do not value my mental, emotional, and physical health. I am letting go of confusion and blurred lines.
